The interview process was unnecessarily long, over 1 month from the time of the initial phone call to the end, You talk with the recruiter, interview with the directors, interview with the managers, AND THEN another possible interview. This type of interview process is dated. I didn't even get feedback from my final interview until over two weeks later, to which I redacted my application because I do not want to work with an indecisive employer.
