J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Newfront en janv. 2023
Entretien
The process is as follows: 1. Initial Screen w/ Recruiter 2. Hiring Manager Round: A chat about your past experiences and background 3. Technical Round: This is a simple SQL Test 4. Onsite Round: This has 3 interviews of which one was a technical case study and two were behavioral interviews called cross-functional collaboration & company values. The process was average difficulty and would have been a typical experience had it not been for the following: 1. The recruiter and coordinator would not respond to any follow-up emails with questions regarding what to expect in their interview. 2. The case study was carried out by a data scientist who was clearly not prepared for the interview. He told me about a project he was currently working on and asked me how I would carry it out. The interview felt more like a validation of this process rather than a check for my critical thinking and product sense. 3. The cross-functional collaboration interview was with a director level individual who clearly was punching above his weight based on his thought process and line of questioning. He got fixated on the question "how to resolve a workplace issue" and spent 15 mins of the 30 on it. I am not sure what answers he was expecting for an open ended, no-context question.
