I applied for this job on LinkedIn and got a response from the recruiting manager within a couple of days. She set up an initial phone interview, which went well because she seemed really interested in learning about my experience and expectations. She also explained very well about Newcomp and the work that they do. After that there was a technical interview the very next week. The technical interview was also very smooth because the interviewers were very patient and helpful when I got stuck while answering a couple of questions. Overall, the whole process was completed in 2 weeks and the recruiting manager kept in touch regularly.
