The interview Process was very easy. However, their job description does not match what they tell you over the phone, or in person. I honestly thought this would be kind of like help desk type of situation helping clients with their technology needs. This job is selling home automation or any other company products at stores like Sam's Club specifically, they claim it's like selling at Trade shows. They offered $10 per hour, plus $50 for every person you get to sign up if they have good credit. The company calls it Manger in Training program, you start off as a Sales Rep, move to Campaign Manager (where you do sales and interviews), then Assistant Managers (where you deal with the administrative side, schedules, payroll, etc), and then Manager (where you lead 3-6 stores with your own team) and they say this will all be done within 6 months to a year.
