In general, I had a very nice interview process. I recently immigrated to the States and this was my first interview. What surprised me was, that I was interviewed with another person that applied for the same position. I didn't mind and I was very happy to meet another therapist and artist. The interview itself was pretty relaxing. Kirsten asked us the same questions and both were able to answer and had some time to exchange personal views. We were able to ask any question about the position or the facility. In the end, Kirsten also shared her personal experience with the facility and her attitude toward the clients. It gave us an inside and her motivation working in that place. The salary offered was very low and I really think therapist positions should have a minimum wage of 50 per hour. I can highly recommend the facility and Kirsten Lima. The salary is just very low (20/hourly rate). Thank you so much & Good luck!
