First, you will have a quick preliminary meeting with the recruiter. Then you will have 30- minute interviews with a panel of interviewer and a hiring manager. The questions are mostly behavioral and situation- based questions.

Entretien
The 5 people I spoke to were all pleasant and positive. Straightforward questions, and the interviews went great.
This made the lack of respect which followed all the more disappointing, especially from a company like this.
My HR point of contact was encouraging & nice at first, and then took ghosting to the next level.
I understand that as a candidate, you won't receive an offer every time the interview process goes smoothly and you check all the boxes.
Just show common courtesy to all those that take part in the process, regardless of how your team may decide on who'll be the best fit.
Gets old going through this as an older candidate.
Definitely a sour taste from a company that I've held in such high regard.
