J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez New York Times

I think my process was similar to everyone else's, but mine was a couple of months ago. I did the HR call where the recruiter made it seem like they really cared about your interest, I was then offered to interview with different hiring managers since there were multiple roles opened, and then I had the full day interviews which honestly didn't go well but I'm not sure what they're looking for. Then, I was ghosted. I checked to see recently if the job listings were still there and yes, they're still up. I come to read the reviews and yes, they are still ghosting candidates. This department/hiring process seems to be a joke or some sort of experiment at this point. I have had a lot of failures with the NYT in terms of their interviewing structure, etc. They are unprofessional and really rude. I would probably never consider interviewing for them again, let alone applying. It turned me off completely, the name itself, I can't take seriously anymore.

Recruiter screen, hiring manager, three separate panel interviews only to be ghosted after completing all rounds and feeling great about it. Then a month later they asked me if I wanted to interview for another PM position and ghosted again when I gave availability.

There were multiple levels of interviews. In order: HR, VP of the program, reporting manager, VP again, HR again. I finally ended up not taking the job because just before sending me the offer, their org structure changed, and I was aligned under a senior manager. That was not a change I was willing to take.

Question 1
Process, on how I would deal with a compliance request from review of the request to decision, and if accepted for implementation, the workflow for completion.

1st red flag: Recruiter sent me the wrong invite for another candidate interviewing for the same role.
2nd red flag: Got on a video call with the Recruiter but while she was friendly, she did not switch on her video while mine was on.
3rd red flag: Chat with hiring manager did not go well as she did not seem interested at all - almost like they needed to interview people to make up the numbers. Barely asked me anything relevant about my current or past experience.
Zero follow ups after that - not even a generic email saying that I didn't make it to the next round. After looking at all these review, it's clear their process is broken.

Question 1
Nothing that stood out - the questions are generic and frankly, rather dull and standard.
