Phone call. Zoom interview. In person interview. Simple process that included a ride along for the third interview. Questions were basic for a sales role. Real Estate Licence required. Everything was quick process as well.
One on one call with team members, multiple interviews. The interview questions were more work ethic principal based rather than skill sets needed before the role begins. Encouraging environment and positive feedback.
the interview process was straightforward, 3 rounds, first one was with recruiter, second one with manager, and the last one ride along to go into the office. the whole process is fast and easy.
