It was very unorganized and unprofessioanl. It took over 2 months to hear back. The interviewee told me I would hear back regarding the 2nd round after 48 hours and if I did not let him know. I did not hear back and told him. He called me and told me he needed more information and then ghosted me. He did not reply to my call or email which is very unprofessional especially after he asked for additional information and I was returning his call.
