Very similar to applying to the big warehouse jobs like amazon or fedex, basic questions about availability and work history, and why you want to get into caregiving. Very basic interview. other people will probably be there too.

Quick and straightforward, professional. They did a good job of making sure I understood the nature of the position. I was able to schedule my time, they were very prompt and very communicative and easy to get a hold of post-interview.
