Phone interview comprised of several questions and background information sharing of both parties. Immediately following was scheduling for the in-person interview. This stage dived deeper into the organization, feeling the work environment and meeting other staff members. This stage was followed by an immediate offer and scheduled to shadow a coaching session and training.
