Worst ghosting experience ever - after adjusting flights to attend an in-person interview, the CEO stopped responding. This after two very warm and positive interviews, sharing of data, strategy, and analysis. Extended my stay in LA in order to attend an in-person interview with the CEO and a colleague, per our conversation at the end of the second interview. Emailed to let him know I had made the adjustments; no response. Emailed to let him know I had arrived in LA and to check in; no response. Ghosting shows an unwillingness to have difficult conversations. It's cowardly. And it's never okay.
