My experience interviewing for the position of Associate Engineer at NFF was nothing but positive and informative. The process began with a phone interview only a few hours after I submitted my application. I was asked basic questions - most likely getting a feel for my personality type and my basic knowledge pertaining to the position. Shortly after, I was contacted about scheduling a WebEx video interview and may I add how accommodating and flexible they were with working around my schedule. My WebEx interview was laid back and more conversational. I would strongly suggest researching the company and knowing the job description in and out - but honestly, you should expect to do so when preparing for any interview. I also want to add that they were able to answer all of my questions as well. A few weeks later I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The day before the interview I was asked to reschedule to later in the day due to a conflict in someones schedule. However, the recruiters extended an offer to join them for lunch prior to the later interview which I accepted. During lunch I was able to ask more questions and really got a feel for the vibe and culture of NFF. I really appreciated the fact that they cared enough to invite me and then during lunch made me feel more relaxed and more confident going into the actual interview! Finally, my in-person interview was super informative and everyone I met was very personable. All in all, my experience was really great. NFF seems like a fantastic place to work and that's made clear while speaking to any of their employees.
