It was a one-time, 15-minute interview over the phone. No in person interview which should have sent up all kinds of red flags. It was very simple, he didn't ask any prodding questions or anything really about prior work experience. I guess I should of noticed right away that he wasn't asking good questions and was just looking looking to carelessly fill a role.
