My experience was through the Internal process, competency based questions with two technical questions. The technical questions may be difficult if you are not internal. Also as if every NWR interview you should know the life saving rules and the slogan everyone home safe everyday.
Was Invited to the interview after applying on LinkedIn. Had 3 weeks gap before inviting for the interview. One round interview with a panel of 2 members at their office. All situation based and railway based questions for an hour.

Entretien
A straightforward and structured interview process. Interview questions were mostly competancy based with some behavioural and technical questions put into the mix. The hiring managers were encouraging throughout and made me feel at ease.
