The interview was with a panel and was very professional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the whole process.

The entire grad scheme process consists of seven stages; Firstly Registration, Second Application, Third Situational Judgement Test, Fourth Online Tests, Fifth Video Interview,
Sixth Assessment Centre, and finally an Offer.

Interview, group activity. Initial online application, followed by interview 1:1 and a group activity involving role play. 2nd day was a 1:1 interview with a presentation.
Be prepared to get absolutely no feedback or even proper notification of outcome.
