Suitability and Capability Interview which is split to assess your suitability for the role and then capability questions calling upon your past experiences to see how you would act in certain situations.

What do you think makes you suitable for the role/team you are applying for?
Describe a time when you had to to deliver a project within a tight timescale? How did you ensure you delivered on time? How did you control the risk? What would you do differently the next time?
3 person panel with a mix of technical and behavioural questions, All responses were being recorded diligently.
Interviewers were friendly and professional and I was not rushed in my responses.

How do you ensure you keep health and safety at the front of your team's mind?
Competency based, mandatory safety and diversity and inclusion questions. Sometimes technical questions and presentation is required depending on the role and seniority. Can be up to ten compentency questions if the interviewer uses the whole question pack.

Always consistent and relatively tough interviews, same format and level for external and internal applicants. Generally starts with questions to assess fit and motivation, safety questions, demonstration of behaviours and finally technical questions.
