2. Tech interview - technical questions from an existing consultant
3. Depth interview with architect - lots of questions about how you work and learn
Extremely thorough, I went there a couple of times and met senior management before being hired. There is a technical then a sit down interview and psychometric assessments. so it all went well to say the least, they just need to notify you of all this
