The recruiter called for about a fifteen minute interview. Made a brief introduction of the company, the situation in Germany and the situation about the local office. Asked some questions about the experiences listed on the resume.

There are 3 steps of whole interview process. 1: First intro with an HR, get to know you and the company. They give very much importance to tiny details and appreciate the whole discussion. 2: The tech and case study round: tech was easy but time constrained. Same for the case study, really wished if gotten more time. 3: Final HR interview
