I was contacted by NetCracker(NC) HR through my Monster profile when I was at onsite in my previous company. I was very happy to get an opportunity from NC who is a leading BSS/OSS solution provider. Before scheduling the interview, HR asked me about my expected salary and notice period. After hearing my expected salary, HR told I may get little less than what I have asked for and that will be discussed once I pass through the interview process. Total 4 rounds of interview for BA profile including HR round. Since I was not there in India at that time, first 3 rounds were taken through skype call. Senior Manager took my first round, Technical Director took second round (Russian) and third round a lady from Ukraine. Final HR round was F2F in Bangalore and I got the package what I have asked for without much discussion :)

Question 1
Interviews questions were mainly related to Telecom CRM and Billing in the first round.
Second round was also on CRM, Billing and bit technical questions related to SQL.
Third round questions were more on processes that BA would follow for requirement gathering. Tools used for solution design, negotiation capabilities. Different types of documents that BA would work.

2 Round of technical discussions and 1 HR round and followed by 1 Directorial round. Technical round was done by Sr PO and Architect. Thats it, you must be prepared for technical detailing of telecom.

Já fiz 9 entrevistas nesta empresa, algumas delas com a mesma pessoa, em nenhuma delas eu obtive um feedback...continuam me chamando pra entrevistas com início do zero...parece pegadinha mas é um fornecedor de Telecom...hoje não tenho mais vontade de trabalhar nesta empresa, não me passaram credibilidade então não respondo mais a processos seletivos vindo dos mesmos

I appeared for the interview two times, for a business analyst role in POC/Catalog. I explained everything the interviewer asked.
But in feedback, it was shared that I don't know about the catalog.
The funny part is I have worked more than 9 years in catalog.
I was rejected only because of the insecurity the employees have in this company. The interviewer was senior to me, but seems I was earning more than him even in current company.
Technical Interviewer asked me about my current salary and expected salary. I think this info should only be with HR and technical interviewer should not be involved in such questions.
