The interview was very conversational. They gave an overview of the company and the role. The company has a program designed to help individuals changing careers to develop their technical acumen. There was a brief technical interview questions in the end.

They will ask couple questions about OWASP top 10 and the rest is just going over your resume. One of the easiest questions I've ever had. Seems more like they wanted to weed out people who will speak up.

Entretien
I applied through the university web site and was contacted in about 2 weeks. I will be talking about the initial phone screen. It consisted of a few non-technical questions such as why NetSPI, your GPA, etc and a few technical questions such as please explain XSS and how would you go about mitigating it. The interview is pretty easy.
