Unethical · Unfair · Cheats · They think they can gamble with candidates. Time wasters, disrespectful, manipulative. Overall interview process took 2 months with about 3 rounds of interview. Each with a gap of 3 to 4 weeks so that they can search other candidates. After completing all the rounds I was kept waiting for 1 month. They don't even keep me updated which is the very basic minimum manners. One of the HR won't even respond promptly. After sending reminders they will say that they will get back in one week, whereas they carelessly take 3 more weeks! Not only did they keep me waiting, wasted my precious time, but after a good one month wait, offered me a position one lesser than the expected and that I had actually applied for. The reason given was that there's no prior experience in the gambling market sector (seriously?). I wonder where does their common sense disappear? Also the offered pay was way less than the marketed one. Cheap ugly tricks up their sleaves. Avoid! These people and the company as a whole has to learn the very basic things a lot! (But of course, they are in a gambling sector :D) Good riddance! So much for their core values which they don't even follow themselves - Clear · Fair · Trusted
