Initial hiring manager round went well, even though it was an introductory call, that manager was exploring my tech knowledge by asking about SRE principle question, which I was well prepared and was able to answer. Next round was technical with offshore person, which didn't go as expected, by the end of the meeting the interviewer was asking me to share the details that was written in the notepad which was a surprise for me, because not direction was given me to write what I'm saying over notepad. Later 2 more round happened with senior folks which went really well and they sounded positive.
