Messy, uncoordinated and pointless… It was a long drawn out process without direction or structure. Very “average” people asking weak questions and not listening to answers. This appears to be a company that thrives on mediocrity and protecting the status quo. Poor coordination and a revolving door or people exiting the building….

Describe a weakness…. seriously??? This is the sort of question asked in the 80s and lacks any insight or depth…
