Overall, it was a positive process. There was a video component with the application: after submitting of the online application, a candidate would need to answer several questions by recording videos. The rest of the process was quite straightforward: several rounds of meeting with different groups of people. But rest assured, Nestlé people were quite nice during the whole process.
