J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nestlé (Kuala Lumpur) en août 2024
Entretien
Good overall, had a positive experience and was engaging. Interview lasted 45 mins and friendly. Questions were a combination of technical and practical cases. The description of job scope was great and it was enjoyable
1th interview quit fast and little room for questions. Felt like a police interview. Second interview with future N+1 was great. The feeling during the interview was really good, but in the end I dit not get an offer.

I received email confirmation for a phone screening which went well. It was about a 30min call. That interview was on a Wednesday and he said he’d let me know next steps by that Friday or Tuesday of the next week (holiday weekend). I had to reach out to him the next Wednesday and didn’t hear anything back until the Thursday. I was told I was moved to the next round and another recruiter would reach out to me to find out my availability. I let that other recruiter know my availability for the next 1-3 weeks the same day. I had to reach out to them again a week later because I hadn’t heard anything back. I finally got scheduled for the interview with a 4 person panel on a Monday. After the interview the Hiring Manager told me I’d hear back with a decision by Tuesday. I didnt hear anything back on Tuesday so I waited until Thursday to reach out to the recruiter again. He finally gets back to me and lets me know that the whole team agreed that I don’t have the background or experience they are looking for the fill the role. My question is how did I get a second interview if that was the case? What I gathered from their line of questioning during the interview is that they are lookin for more a Recruiter than a Generalist. They asked me to expound upon my resume items and they also asked some STAR format questions at the end. I ticked all of their boxes according to the job description (more experience than required, worked at two companies in the same/similar industry, company size, worker demographic, etc) except in that area of recruiting I’m assuming. I would have hoped they would have given me a chance to learn but unfortunately not. The interviewers themselves were very nice and welcoming and the interview felt more like a conversation than a stiff interview which was nice.
