I recently completed an online assessment through Pulsifi as part of the application process. The assessment was quite time-consuming and required a significant amount of effort to complete. However, after finishing it, I was left in the dark about the status of my application. For three weeks, I received no communication or updates from the team, leaving me uncertain and anxious about the next steps.
When I finally heard back, it was through a generic rejection email that offered no feedback or insights into my application. This lack of transparency and communication was disappointing, to say the least. The entire process felt impersonal and frustrating, which contributed to a very poor candidate experience. Based on this experience, I would not consider applying to this company again!
