Standard online application, including questions on why I applied to Nestle and why I was interested in finance. This was followed by a round of psychometric testing - numerical reasoning and situational strengths tests, I found these easier than most of the tests from other companies, particularly the numerical reasoning. After this was a video interview, which was again pretty straight forward, much like any other competency based interview, although I was never actually asked why Nestle, so I included that in the last part of the interview where you can add any further things. I was unsuccessful in passing this stage, mostly down to lack of preparation before the interview.

Process was simple. Applied online, scheduled online interview but it turned out to be a phone interview despite the email instructions. Interviewer was 30-40 minutes late, simple behavioral questions, I asked question about the role but did not get clear answers. Withdrew application.
