J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nestlé (York, Angleterre) en oct. 2015
Entretien
Numerical test was super easy compared to even free practive tests available online, although English might be an issue with understanding some words. I would rather say it was not numerical, but rather data interpretation test. It involved not just multiple choice, the questions were very unusual, it was not fixed on timing but time to solve each question was noted and it affects your score somehow.
The stages are: filling in info; telling about motivation: why you, why this job, why this company; Strenghts test; Numerical test; 4 situational tests, one of them was something like "how do you cope with challenges.".
Key: prepare to devote time, and to do the process in one sitting or over a week. I am still in the process of receiving offer.
