Apply online and I received a call from the recruiter in a couple days. Went over the basics of the position as well as background information for myself. Once the baseline qualifications were met and both parties were satisfied a in-person interview was schedule in under two weeks. The in-person interview was done by two people the manager and an office lead. Both people were very friendly and easy going, I was really nervous and they made me feel at ease. Most questions were behavioral in nature and not quizzing you on what you know. The whole process was pretty comfortable and straightforward.

Virtual interview with line manager, supply chain manager and HR. It was an online interview with all the three stakeholders. It started with the screening process with HR, work experience/technical round with Line Manager and supply chain manager and finally salary discussion with HR

The interview primarily focused on discussing my previous work experience, particularly the roles and responsibilities I held in past positions. The interviewer asked several behavioral and situational questions to understand how I approach challenges, collaborate with teams, and adapt to different work environments. They were interested in examples of how I handled real-world scenarios, made decisions under pressure, and contributed to successful project outcomes. Overall, the discussion aimed to assess both my technical background and interpersonal skills.
