When you apply, you get a screening call and then an interview with the HR. After you get approved, you get an interview with the line manager. Very complicated process for an internship.

Interviewed by the Brand Manager of the Nutrition part for about 30 minutes. They offered me some beverage and it was pretty casual. But she didn't seem very interested in me through out the interview.

Very weird interview process, it was a very one way conversation and felt uncomfortable at times without any back and forth. No emotional reaction to my responses, just a blank response and someone taking notes, it felt very impersonal
