Entretien
The process consisted of 2 rounds. 1st being GD and then the interview. The whole panel was present during the process. They conducted GD of 6 people at a time. Topics were general for the importance of social media, and the impact of COVID-19 on our lives. interview round was mainly around ourselves other than our knowledge of core subjects.

Entretien
telephonic round by HR subordinates followed by face to face interview with production and HR manager and finally to factory manager if previous rounds are cleared. Production manager asked questions related to respective field and HR manager asked questions related to employee relationships
