Received call from HR, went through background experience. Setup face to face interview next week with 3 people including the HR person. Pets are allowed at work so expect wet dog smell, barking and panting as soon as you enter the building. It is a factory environment so no sense of professional work environment, felt like i was interviewing for a factory job. Interview was very detail and long but questions were nothing related to the job requirements. Tons of behavioral questions from HR lady, which is good but totally unrelated technical questions from factory head and accounting manager. Was told we are very heavy on SAP on phone, however no questions regarding that, nor anything from job requirement they had posted. Job requirement had everything from SAP, detail accounting responsibilities covering various departments, reporting etc as if one Analyst is responsible for whole company (an all rounder) and pay range was only 45-55k. This review is based upon my experience and does not depend on whether I was accepted or rejected.
