The interview process was good. Asked mainly behavioral based questions. I would mainly recommend having various examples for a wide variety of situations such as leadership and reaction to challenges.

Passaggio telefonico conoscitivo con HR abbastanza strutturato. HR informale e molto brava nel mettere a proprio agio. Interview con Manager di circa un'ora - domande tecniche ma non complesse, manager molto preparata ma con stile non challenging, molto gentile. Mi sono state fatte domande abbastanza tecniche, non so se sulla base del mio background (venivo da un'esperienza sales in GDO)
