Applied online, was called in for an initial interview that was actually quite professional and enjoyable - probably cause HR was present in the room My second interview was a GONG show - being asked questions like "is your garage at home dirty or organized" or "when you go to the bar do you go alone and make friends or go with your friends and don't talk to anyone new" is straight out of the 1960's Then the second half of the actual interview was two of the three individuals telling me what they didn't like about my answers and then flat out told me they didn't like me or think what I had what it took to work there. The third person in the room was actually day dreaming and looking off into space for most of the 1.0 hour show.
