Ik ben de digitale assessment gedaan. Deze fase bestaat uit twee stappen. Als je in stap 1 emotioneel stabiel blijkt te zijn en de competentie testen hebt volbracht ga je door naar stap 2 waarin gevraagd wordt naar je werkhouding. In totaal duurde de assessment 2 uur, waarin meer dan 300 stellingen voorbij komen.

La primera "entrevista" se trata de una video interview. Tras varios test de personalidad y habilidades, hay un apartado de video interview que consta de 3 preguntas en las que el candidato tiene 30 segundos para pensar y 2 minutos para responder a cada una de ellas.

Entre las preguntas que te hacen suelen estar las míticas de: Tell me about yourself, Why Nestlé?...
First a telephone interview and then a video interview and finally a group assessment interview. Everything was done remotely due to Covid but was executed very smoothly. I personally enjoyed the process, all the people I talk to was inclusive and nice.

After you apply they automatically forward you a series of psychometric testing incl logical reasoning, numerical reasoning and personality quizzes which are all timed. The types of questions are as you would expect for logical reasoning and numerical reasoning
