The interview was in 3 stages, 1 phone interview followed by 2 in person interviews.
Most interviewers were good and asked behavioral and situational questions save one person who was clearly rude, I would have certainly thought twice about working with this person had I been offered this position.
It is due to the length of time elapsed since the interview I assume I didn't get the position. Despite multiple followups there is dead silence from all parties. It doesn't take much to send out a generic email " Thank you for your interest in the position, at this time we have decided to proceed with another candidate".
The lack of professionalism from the hiring managers and recruiters is the trend in most organisations hiring these days.
