Quite lengthy overall.
With an online logical/grammar test first.
Then a 1st interview with the line manager about competencies, then a business case to present to finish with an interview with the HR team.

Entretien
Initial call with a recruitment specialist (standard intro call, including role details and transparent salary/package details). Second stage is an interview with the direct line manager, with the last stage being a Case Study - requires preparation and presentation of your marketing plan.
First call with HR was good, they explain what expectations of the role are and you get the opportunity to explain what you bring to the table with your experience.
