Entretien
1. Applied online and after a week I got a phone call to the next round.
2. Online interview: 5 questions, you have 1min to prepare the answer and 2 min to answer to the web camera. I advice you to practice a lot (for example at big interview.com) because at least I got nervous by watching the timer with the remaining seconds to speak.
3. After a week they called me to invite me to the next round and sent me links for test I had to take before the face to face interviews.
4. Two tests (predictive index): one logical and mathematical, you had 12 min to answer as many of he 50 questions. The other you had to first choose of about 60 words (adjectives) that others would use to describe you and then which words you would use to describe yourself (the words were the same just in another order)
5. Face to Face Interviews: four one on one interviews (each 45min), 3 with line managers and 1 with someone from HR. All behavioral questions and motivations for the position and company. The HR person then gave me the results to the tests I had taken. The one with the words was translated to a description of the person (mine was pretty accurate, I felt that they really described me)
6. After two weeks got a call with an invitation to make it to the next round.
6. Face to Face Interviews: again with someone from HR and then with the Director (each 45min)
The overall experience was very positive, everybody was really nice, easy going, welcoming and you could really feel how passionate they were about their job.

Entretien
Nestlé aime se vanter de sa “culture humaine” et de ses “valeurs de respect”. La réalité est tout autre.
Après plus de deux mois d’échanges réguliers en français avec le recruteur, impliquant de longues discussions, j’ai finalement reçu un mail de refus impersonnel, automatique… et en anglais.
Un simple copier-coller standard, après autant d’investissement de ma part. Le décalage est flagrant entre le discours officiel et la réalité vécue : un manque de respect, d’honnêteté et de considération.
Le processus RH est lent, mais tellement lent, aucune efficacité, des entretiens où vous n'avez pas le sentiment d'avancer, et chronophage pour rien.
Une belle communication hypocrite, qui vend l’humain, mais pratique l’indifférence, et un profond mépris pour le temps et les efforts des candidats.
Si c’est ainsi qu’ils traitent les personnes avant même l’embauche, je n’ose imaginer l’après, et je suis content de ne pas collaborer avec ces gens là.

Entretien
Applied online. Was called a month later. Then for three rounds of interviews (took about 1.5 months) with recruiters and team members.
Then nothing - heard nothing back. Ghosted when I followed up.

Entretien
It was nice overall. I applied in mid of Nov. I received a call on Dec 2nd with the recruiter. We did the first interview about qualifications and experience. Then scheduled another interview with the hiring manager for 30 min to discuss the role and responsibilities briefly and talk about my experience. Then after a week, I was scheduled for another interview with the boarder team include head of HR. The the interview was tough, mainly about personality and leadership, too many questions of what and why? Focusing on what you will do if you were hired. I was told that there is another interview but still did not hear back. Overall good people, very nice and the experience was smooth and quick.
