It was professional but slightly modified compared with the initial agenda, there were participants from HR, other teams and the hiring manager. The questions were aiming to Future scenarios trying to capture the flexibility and creativity of the candidate.

How will you convince an audience unwilling to adopt a new solution, knowing that the solution is sound both financial and technical, however the stakeholders are influenced by other political forces?
it was fine pretty quickly through indeed I submitted application and then went in the next day for a interview and got the job the following day after that I was happy

Entretien
It started with a call from the recruiter and this lasted approximately 30mins to understand more about the role and what I had to offer. It then proceeded to having a discussion with the production manager.

It was quick but there was poor communication on being rejected, had to contact and ask them what was going on with my application. Interview was at a good time
