I got a phone interview with a manager, it lasted about 20 minutes asking general questions such as "what do think should be some characteristics of a leader". The manager then scheduled me for a follow up meeting at their office location for a week later. When I arrived I was actually interviewed by two people. They asked the same questions but recorded it on paper, very relaxed and friendly environment.
