I applied on the career site and quickly got contacted on the phone. The telephone interview was quite standard with the recruiter asking behavioral questions. The recruiter was taking note of the experience and asking further questions to assess the experience in detail. At the end the recruiter was able to provide feedback, however some relevant experience for the role was not published on the job description. Overall professional treatment and a good experience.

Entretien
I interviewed 6 months ago for a recruitment partner role at Nestle in Vevey. There were 2 stages in the process: :
- Video interview (Sonru: limited time to answer each question = about 1 minute to prepare answer and then 3 minutes to answer), personality test and Cognitive test (both online)
- Onsite interview: 3 interviews of 30-45 minutes each, with 4 different people (factual based and behavioral based)
This was for a temp contract.
