Interview process is straight forward .
1. HR calls and does the basic discussion about role and benefit and schedules a technical interview.
2. technical interview by Team lead/Architect
3. Interview by Project manager of the team for which are to be hired

The interviewer asked me what language was I proficient in?
And I said Java.
Then he started asking about Java.
Some questions that he asked include some common algorithms,and something about data structure.
And also he asked me to write a program using my own computer which I took with me to interview.

2 Rounds of Technical Discussions ( quite grilling i would say ) followed by One Technical Discussion with the Client and then a Manager's round followed by the HR Round. Because the customer was Really Technical , there was a good amount of preparation that was required .
