Initial phone conversation with the recruiter, gave lot of talk on openness, technology and welcoming culture. The technical phone screen was a totally different story than what recruiter was selling. I solved the problem in less than 30 minutes. Also answered all the questions to further improve on the solution. The interviewer probably was looking for the solution and not a solution that might actually be more efficient.
