Two people interview me at the time. one is the manger of the company the other is a IT manager. They ask me to introduce my self and then ask question about my project experience and then introduce me about the company and the position.

- Tell us about the difficulty you've encounter during your project?
Asked about prior experience, seemed like a professional but relaxed environment. Was informed of their software dev lifecycle and was glad to hear about strict policies revolving devops being separate from development.
