they give you a written test and then two personal round interviews. If not same location then over the phone and emails also work. First round with team lead and second with office head. The rounds are very calm and not so grilled.

It was enjoyable and laid back. After getting a fair sense of my background, the interviewer moved on to asking questions pertaining to the job. Do not forget to emphasize your abilities.
