The interview process is smooth. The recruiter is very informative on next steps. I was interviewed by seasoned leader in the industry who asked meaningful questions about my experience instead of some random unrelated technical questions. The leadership cared about if the interviewees demonstrate continuous interest and learning about the company. It is a great experience
