The interview is in two parts. The 1st is a mock study that is intentionally vague to see if you're willing to ask questions instead of assuming things and messing it up. After that, you'll have an interview with 1-2 people. Questions are standard that cover safety, integrity, and how you work with other people.

Disorganized and Poor Communication During Interview Process
I recently went through the interview process at Nelson Labs and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. The initial phone screening had to be rescheduled three times. Each time, I was only notified by a last-minute text right before the scheduled call—there was very little notice or communication in between.
After that, I was invited for an in-person interview and a lab assessment, both of which also had to be rescheduled. When I finally arrived for the lab portion, the interviewer wasn’t prepared and I had to wait while she got everything set up. After the interview and assessment, I was given a tour and told I’d hear back from HR with a decision.
A week later, I followed up with a text asking for an update and didn’t receive a response until 4 days after.
While the people I met seemed nice and the company appears to have a good mission, the process was unprofessional and disorganized. A little more preparation and communication would make a big difference in how candidates are treated.
