Was sent a coding project that takes hours to do -- In the current environment where new grads are applying to dozens of companies while also balancing schoolwork, I'm not sure why Neeva thinks anyone would want to spend multiple hours on a coding project for a single company, before even having any phone screens or interviews.

Entretien
I received a virtual interview after submitting a Python assessment. I wasn't given any heads up regarding what will be asked in the interview. I was given to code a LC medium problem but the interviewer was very unclear as to what she was expecting and she wasn't really helpful. She seemed inexperienced herself at interviewing because she had joined the company just 6 months ago as a New Grad.
