J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nebius (Amsterdam)
Entretien
It was a well structured, multi-stage interview process. Everyone involved in the process was friendly and informative.
- recruiter screening
- call with hiring manager
- technical interview
- call with another department head
- onsite final interview with the department head, HR and an engineer.
Finally, there was a Zoom call where the offer was presented.
Overall, it was a great process that took about 5 weeks.
Extreme lack of professionalism and scheduling chaos in the interview process. The initial contact seemed promising, and the company’s engineering driven culture is strong.
The interview coordination was an absolute disaster and completely disrespectful of the candidate's time. For the Technical PM role, my interviews were rescheduled 3 consecutive times over 3 weeks by the recruiting team, with the same "the hiring manager has an urgent task" excuses. After patiently accommodating their chaotic schedule and shifting my own plans twice times, I decided to ignore. Then the 3rd time, I suddenly received a generic rejection email stating they "thoroughly evaluated the feedback from all interviews" and chose other candidates.
It is baffling how they could "evaluate" interviews that they themselves kept postponing and never actually conducted. The lack of basic communication, accountability, and respect for candidates is shocking.
